Contributions by EAS website members

The content produced by EAS readers’ community (comments, blogs, multi-media), videos, images, and audio files posted on the website at the sector of popular news, are all licensed by Creative Commons: ascription: non-commercial-no derivation, issuance 3.0 [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0]

By contributing to EAS’s website, the user acknowledges that she or he owns the intellectual property of the material and the user agrees to publish it with the aforementioned license, thus absolving the organization from any dispute with any party over the right to the posted material. The user will also be approving EAS’s right to publish the content on website or in the paper edition, or through any other medium. EAS will attribute the contributions to their original source when used or republished. The literary right remains with the original producer.
